The Park is a 2500 ft.² residence built in the 1970’s and remodeled in 1998. The Kitchen is fully modernized while keeping that 1970’s feel. It has 5 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths. There is a main dining room and several separate visiting areas.
There is a large main living room area which can accommodate large family member visits and a smaller more intimate area off the kitchen. Currently there are rooms to accommodate up to 9 residents. There is one private residential room and the others are semi-private. Depending on the occupancy some rooms can be converted to private.
The building has an alarm system for fire safety and has a built-in fire sprinkler system, in every room. We are located four blocks from a fire department station that is available to respond to emergencies within minutes.
